TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Normal order processing is 2-3 business days. Please be aware that by choosing priority mail and express shipping you still must consider order processing days. Example: If a purchaser orders on a Monday with express shipping (1-2 days) the package will still take 2-3 processing days. Therefore, it will ship out on Wednesday and then your express shipping time begins (1-2 days). This purchaser will receive their package on Friday or Monday the latest. Also please be aware that delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

All shipping estimated delivery dates are 3-5 business days within the USA and 15 business days to any international country from the date it leaves the USA. These time frames are estimated delivery time frames. DreamSpell 3D LLC has no control over these time frames nor is to be blamed for shipping delays. Our responsibility is to have packages picked up by our carrier within the processing time: 2-3 business days. Any delay after a package is picked up by our carrier is not our responsibility.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
