REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns for any reason if you are not satisfied with the product, or simply changed your mind.

We will refund the item as soon as it arrives to the return address as per the instructions below.

RESTOCKING FEE

There is a restocking charge of 15% for items returned in original unused condition, higher for returns that are late, opened, used, damaged or missing parts. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the product condition once it is received. We will communicate our decision with you via email.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email info@dreamspell3D.com to arrange a return, refund or exchange.

REFUND POLICY

After we receive and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow for at least 2-3 business days from the receipt of your item for us to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back to you. We will send you an email notification when your refund or exchange has been processed.

RETURN PROCESS

We are confident that you will love our product. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the product and get a refund.

To return an item, please email our customer service at info@dreamspell3D.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange. The RMA will contain the following two sections:

The Return Mailing Label is a label that contains the address of the fulfillment center that will receive and process the return. Please affix the label to the return package. Note: Postage is not provided on the return mailing letter. You are responsible for return shipment costs.

The Return Authorization Slip is a form that includes a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included inside the return package along with the items.

Return Tracking Number: It is important to provide us with the tracking number once you have shipped the returned product, so we can track its arrival and process the refund faster. If you don’t provide a tracking number, this could cause delays or products lost.

15-Day Return Window: After we have authorized the return and provided you with the return mailing label and return authorization slip, you have 15 days to ship the product and provide us with the return shipment tracking number.
